Looking for some beautiful ocean views, amazing lobster rolls and clam chowder? (And not too much traffic!!??!!) Take a drive to Warren, RI. You can sit on the waterfront at Blount's Clam Shack and have amazing lobster rolls & clam chowder. Then you can wander over to Del's frozen lemonade and the bike path in Warren, RI. Tons more restaurants and shops in Warren, but these are our favorites!

Portsmouth, NH Day Trip
Pre-COVID, we wanted a quick Sunday drive for lunch on the water. Portsmouth, NH was perfect. We had a great lunch on the deck at Martingale Wharf. The deck really is gorgeous. After lunch we wandered around the shops, bought coffee at Cup of Joe and bought a few cigars at Federal Cigar. Easy, cheap parking off Chapel Street. If you like to watch boats go by, try Martingale.... If you want an overnight, I'd recommend the Wentworth By The Sea (Marriott).
